It is recommended to have your ADAS sensors re-calibrated when a sensor’s aiming is disturbed in any way. This can occur in a collision, even a minor fender bender, or be a byproduct of common service work such as a windshield replacement, suspension repairs or wheel alignment. In most cars, these camera systems are in charge of regulating important safety systems, like blind spot monitors, lane departure systems, and collision avoidance.
